Media Credentials

Thank you for your interest in the iRock Jazz Music Festival.

The information below is for press and media applicants who want to cover the iRock Jazz Festival.

This includes all radio/television personalities, radio/television stations, writers, bloggers, photographers, videographers and representatives of high school or college-level media outlets.

Credentials are limited! To increase your chances of receiving one, please provide as much of the information requested below as possible.

ONLY PRESS AND PHOTOGRAPHER REQUESTS SUBMITTED VIA THIS FORM ARE VALID.

About the Application

Please list the publication and/or website you will be representing. If you are freelance and you are not sure of an outlet yet, please list “TBD” and update us before the application deadline.

How many people from your publication want to attend?
For now, we just need the number of people you have coming from your outlet. Once we begin sorting applications, we will ask you for the names and roles of the people you have coming.

How many of those people will need a photography badge?
Photo badges are nontransferable and work differently than other iRock Jazz credentials. They are strictly for photographers providing content to specific outlets. If you are writing and taking photographs for your outlet while covering the festival, please let us know.

What kind of camera or equipment will your photographer(s) have with them?
Important: Photographers must list the style and model of their cameras. No photo badges will be provided to anyone using cellphones or non-professional cameras. They will also not be permitted in the photo pit.

Have you covered an iRock Jazz music event before?
It’s okay if you didn’t! We just want to know.
